Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Location: GTA

Skills & Qualifications:

•  Bilingual (French/English) - Ability to read, write and speak

•  3-5 years of previous experience working in the role of executive assistant or senior administrator.

•  Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

•  Superb communication and interpersonal skills

•  Extensive calendar management experience

•  Ability to mentor new support staff

•  Experience providing support to 3 or more executives or directors

•  Professional attitude

•  Ability to work in a fast paced, multitasking environment

•  Team player

•  Able to work with minimum supervision

Duties will include:

preparing Excel and Power Point reports and presentations, booking meeting, making travel arrangement, screening callers, taking notes for meeting, filing, fax, photocopying, ordering office supplies, arranging conference call, booking board rooms and appointments.
